This is Maren. So far she has lost six teeth. She has an extremely low pain tolerance. This has made pulling out her teeth a very dramatic affair. She usually refuses to wiggle her teeth at all when they are loose. One of her front teeth (the other one already came out) has been loose almost this whole year. This is how it is now.
You can't tell in the picture but the back of her tooth is not connected at all and hasn't been for almost a month and a half. It's starting to stick almost straight out. When she went in for a check up at the dentist last month he assured me it would come out. I'm having my doubts.Scott has set a date for December 1 that if the tooth is not out he is pinning her down and ripping it out. I have started to make her let me wiggle and twist it every night for a few minutes. It's lots of fun with much wailing and bawling. I guess she at least won't have to go through the whole no front teeth thing.
Let's all hope that it comes out this next week or December 1 could be very traumatic!

I'm sorry the Dentist didn't just pop it out. It would have saved so many tears!
I had a dentist pop one of those out once....he literally charged insurance for an "extraction"....grrr. Horray for a resourceful daddy.
