Lydia turned three on Dec. 19. We spent the morning in
Las Cruces running errands and of course went to McDonald's for lunch.
Maren's friend had a birthday party that evening so Lydia and I made a cake and played while she was gone. Lydia just kept asking the whole time when Maren would come home. I don't know what she is going to do when Maren starts school.
Lydia had fun decorating her cake, but the best part was blowing out the candles.
We did this two or three times. Lydia doesn't really like cake, but she insisted on having one even though I don't think she ate much of it.
