Since my family was here over spring break for Gregory and Liyara's blessings, we decided to have Maren's birthday party on Tuesday so that the family could be there. That morning everyone (except Gregory, Cecelia, and I) went to the zoo. Then everyone came home and just hung out.Maren had decided that she wanted Michelle to make pizza for dinner. So we all gathered at Michelle and Justin's house.
Maren is definitely getting more animated as she gets older. 
Having all the girl cousins together was a little bit crazy, but for the most part they all got along great. 
Here's all the girls cousins (minus Liyara) in order of age: Martha (3), Mikara (3), Addie (4), Lydia (5), Maren (7), Jacky (7), and Shakayla (9). 
Everyone was very excited to open presents. Wynn and Emily gave us their old keyboard which Maren was very excited about and asks me almost daily when she can start lessons. Michelle gave her a gumball machine and a gift certificate to go skating with her and Shakayla and get a roller skating lesson. She is very excited for this and also asks almost daily when she can go. On her actual birthday we went to library time and just had a relaxing day at home with McDonald's for dinner and left over birthday cake. Maren is so excited to be a year older and the same age as Jacky.

I can tell one 7 year old had a wonderful day. I love the photo of all the girls cousins. How sweet. We love you Maren! Have a wonderful 7th year. We miss you.
I hope Maren had a great Birthday! Please tell her that the Dean Family loves her!
It's so hard to believe she is growing up so fast and she looks like a really fun little lady.
