Every year Scott and the girls build a gingerbread house. This year at the store Lydia decided we should try a gingerbread train. The girls love to eat the candy. I think they probably ate a third of the candy before the train was done.
We waited until Martha Ann's nap time one Sunday afternoon. We probably should have started earlier because we ended up a little late to church. You think we would be able to make it on time to 3:00 pm church.
The girls and Scott had a lot of fun. They have been sneaking pieces of candy constantly. I don't know if the train is going to last until Christmas.
One year I need to get Scott his own. I think he has as much fun if not more than the girls.

What a fun tradition! I can't take credit for our Ginger Bread House...MaryJo Stenson made one for us this year! We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and what is up with all your snow?!

I'm like Scott.... I love to build them but it's only fun with little ones to enjoy it....... Eating 1/2 the candy is the fun of it...
