Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve, we had a quiet evening at home. I tried to do a little program (carrying on the Wilkes tradition) and we at least read the Christmas story, tried to act it out, and watched Luke 2. We also watched Mr. Kruger's Christmas for Scott.
We also have the tradition of opening one present, pajamas, on Christmas Eve. I'm hoping this will avoid the fight that occurred yearly at my house growing up of whether we had to get dressed Christmas morning.
I saw these pajamas in a flyer and knew the girls would love them. It took me forever to track them down and I never did find them for Maren (I just had to buy her the skirt seperately) but it worked out.

The girls were excited and I thought they looked cute. It was a success.

I love that my kids are so easy to please at this age. I'm trying to enjoy it as much as possible before they grow up.
